China-Europe Innovation Industrial Park

The China-Europe Innovation Industrial Park is a strategic cross-border cooperation platform designed to accelerate industrial innovation and commercialization between Europe and China. Jointly developed by Beijing Changping Science Park Development Group and the Euro-Sino Enterprises Association, the project represents a benchmark initiative aligned with Beijing’s vision of becoming a global science and technology innovation center.

Located in the core area of the Changping Life Science Innovation Corridor in Beijing, the park leverages a unique combination of policy support, industrial infrastructure, and international resources. It is specifically designed to serve as a high-efficiency gateway for European high-tech enterprises entering the Chinese market, while simultaneously facilitating the integration of global innovation into China’s rapidly evolving industrial ecosystem.

Focusing on key sectors such as biopharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and digital economy, the park aims to build a fully integrated industrial cluster covering the entire value chain - from research and development to commercialization and large-scale production. By combining European technological strengths with China’s market scale and industrial capabilities, the project fosters a new model of “European innovation + China market” collaboration.

In addition to its physical infrastructure, the park offers a comprehensive, one-stop industrial service platform, including policy support, investment and financing, talent services, and technology transfer. Backed by strong capital resources and an extensive network of international partners, it provides companies with the tools needed to reduce market entry barriers, accelerate growth, and achieve long-term success in China.

Through this integrated approach, the China-Europe Innovation Industrial Park is positioned to become a leading hub for Sino-European industrial cooperation and a catalyst for high-quality, innovation-driven economic development.
